Submitting a website form, requesting an inspection or estimate, or communicating with us does not create a contractor-client relationship, guarantee availability, confirm an appointment, or obligate either party to proceed. An appointment is confirmed only when JF Roofing communicates confirmation.

Estimates, Proposals, and Customer Agreements

Website information, estimates, proposals, and general communications are preliminary unless incorporated into a separately signed customer agreement. Scope, materials, pricing, payment schedules, change orders, timelines, warranties, and other project-specific terms will be governed by that signed agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement controls.

Payments and Invoices

Payment obligations, deposits, progress payments, final payment, accepted payment methods, late charges, cancellation rights, and collection costs are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or signed customer agreement. You are responsible for reviewing invoices and promptly notifying us of questions or disputed amounts.

Roofing and Exterior Services

Roofing, gutter, remodeling, construction, repair, painting, ventilation, and other exterior or property-improvement services depend on site conditions, weather, material availability, permitting, access, concealed damage, and other factors. Any scope and schedule shown on the website is general information and may differ from the terms of your project agreement.

Insurance Claims and Supplements

JF Roofing may assist customers with inspection documentation, estimates, adjuster meetings, and supplements. We are not a public insurance adjuster, insurer, attorney, or guarantor of coverage. We do not interpret policy rights, negotiate claims as a licensed public adjuster, or promise that an insurer will approve or pay any amount. Customers remain responsible for policy obligations, deductibles, coverage decisions, and communications requiring the policyholder.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are issued and administered by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to their terms, exclusions, registration requirements, and remedies. Any JF Roofing workmanship warranty applies only as written in the signed customer agreement or warranty document. General website statements do not create or expand a warranty.

Intellectual Property

The website and its text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to JF Roofing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial use but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

Governing Law
