Maintenance Plan Plus
Everything in the Maintenance Plan, plus eligible minor roof repairs and gutter debris removal.
$750 per year

- Up to two eligible minor roof repairs per membership year.
- Up to one bundle of standard architectural shingles per membership year, shared across included repairs.
- Gutter debris removal during each scheduled maintenance visit.
- A photo-documented summary of findings and recommended next steps, with no obligation to purchase additional services.

Plan terms and conditions
Eligible minor repairs include localized replacement of damaged or missing standard architectural shingles and minor sealant repairs. Included repairs cover the labor needed for eligible work and a combined allowance of up to one bundle of standard architectural shingles per membership year. JF Roofing will assess the repair scope before work begins. Larger repairs, decking replacement, flashing replacement, structural work, and designer or specialty shingles require a separate estimate. Exact shingle color and style matching depend on availability. Any work outside the included scope requires your approval before additional charges are incurred.
We use a blower to remove loose debris from accessible, open gutter channels. This service does not include downspout cleaning or unclogging, rinsing, washing, stain removal, gutter repairs, or removal and reinstallation of gutter guards. Access and roof conditions must allow the work to be performed safely.
- Each membership year is the 12-month period beginning on enrollment or annual renewal.
- The plan applies to the enrolled property.
- Included visits, repair allowances, and shingle allowances reset each membership year and do not accumulate or carry forward.
- Maintenance does not guarantee against leaks, storm damage, or future roof problems.
- Major repairs and roof replacement require a separate estimate and authorization.
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal, and your plan remains active through the end of your paid membership period unless you receive a full refund. A full refund is available upon request before any included inspection, maintenance visit, repair, or gutter service has been performed during that membership year.
